These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RocketVerifier, including our website at rocketverifier.com, the RocketVerifier web application, and our email verification API (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About RocketVerifier

RocketVerifier is an email verification service that helps businesses validate email addresses in bulk or in real-time via API. Our service checks the validity, deliverability, and safety of email addresses using advanced techniques including SMTP probing, MX record validation, disposable email detection, and machine learning–based analysis.

RocketVerifier is operated by RocketVerifier Ltd. References to "we," "us," or "our" refer to RocketVerifier Ltd. References to "you" or "your" refer to the individual or entity using the Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use RocketVerifier only for lawful purposes in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk email that violates anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, etc.)
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or reproduce any part of the Service or underlying infrastructure
  • Upload lists of email addresses obtained through illegal means or without proper consent
  • Share account credentials or resell access to the Service without an authorized reseller agreement
  • Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any individual or organization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

3. Credits and Billing

RocketVerifier operates on a prepaid credit model. One credit is consumed per email address verified.

  • Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used
  • New accounts receive 100 free credits upon registration
  • All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store credit card data.
  • Purchases are subject to our 30-day refund policy (see Refund Policy)

4. API Usage

Access to the RocketVerifier API is provided for use within the limits of your account plan. You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Do not share your API key in publicly accessible locations such as GitHub repositories.

Rate limits apply to all API plans. Attempts to circumvent rate limiting, manipulate API responses, or abuse the API infrastructure may result in account suspension. Enterprise customers requiring higher limits should contact us directly.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, code, algorithms, and materials comprising the RocketVerifier Service are the exclusive property of RocketVerifier Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data (email lists) you upload to the Service. By uploading data, you grant RocketVerifier a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of delivering verification results. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

RocketVerifier provides email verification results based on our best-available technology. While we strive for 99.5%+ accuracy, we cannot guarantee that every verification result is correct, as email server configurations can change at any time without notice.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RocketVerifier shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

RocketVerifier may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by law. In such cases, unused credits may be forfeited and refunds will not be issued.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
